Matias joins the company with new ideas and a new sense of leadership. He holds a degree in Finance Management from The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico. He has over 8 years experience in construction management and comes to us from his recent position as the Santos Academy Manager at the Orlegi Group. Matias is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. A team player, Matias holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in the successful completion of countless construction projects.

Luis comes to us with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronic Engineering and a specialty in Applied Embedded Systems from the Chihuahua Institute of Technology Mexico. Having recently worked as a design engineer for a hand language interpreter using Intel cameras and Matlab software, we believe with Luis’s advanced knowledge in electronics and technology, that Luis is an excellent addition to the team.

Albert is Wastewater Solutions Marketing Director. He hold a bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma of Chihuahua, Mexico. Albert's leadership has given him the opportunity to work as a Supervisor in companies such as Coca-Cola, Mondi Group Packaging and Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua. Also, throughout his professional experience, he has participated in multiple Investigation Centers, like CIMAV, CIAD and CID. Albert enjoys solving large, complex data problems leading to the process of building strong data management systems.

Alejandro holds a Master’s in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. He brings multidisciplinary experience in operations, procurement, and field services. Most recently, he worked in the U.S. oilfield services industry, operating Hydrovac and fifth-wheel units with a strong focus on safety and logistical efficiency. Previously, he served as a Buyer at Grupo Felder Foods, managing supply purchases, supplier negotiations, and inventory control through SAP. He also held a role at MUESCA, a custom furniture manufacturer, where he performed multitasking duties. Earlier, he worked in construction in Toronto, Canada.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico, with a specialization in Research & Development and Bioprocesses. He also holds a degree as a Chemical Laboratory Technician.
Kevin brings a strong background in process optimization, lead generation, sales, and business development. He has previously led marketing initiatives for government institutions, helping organizations improve their sales performance and operational efficiency, and has also worked as a consultant supporting private companies in adopting innovative methodologies and tools. At Wastewater Solutions, Kevin is responsible for identifying and evaluating government, municipal and private procurement opportunities, managing cooperative contract portfolios, and driving strategic growth initiatives across the United States. He actively develops and manages relationships with municipalities, engineers, and public agencies to generate equipment procurement opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the public sector. His analytical approach to bid evaluation, combined with a strong focus on market expansion and contract strategy, plays a key role in strengthening the company’s position within the public infrastructure market. |
